Phil Garrow
Recruiting expert Phil Garrow spent four years as National Account Manager with the Vancouver, Canada, branch of Drake International, a recruitment and talent management firm with offices across the globe. He held responsibility for acquiring new business with companies on a regional and national level, ultimately achieving a 157% increase in revenue for the Vancouver location. Phil Garrow subsequently put this experience to use as Director of Sales and Service at Progressive Search Corporation, one of the leading sales and marketing recruitment firms in Vancouver. Mr. Garrow and clients strategized together to develop a list of core requirements in order to maximize results through profitable connections.
In 2008, Phil Garrow became Director of ADDC Homes LTD, a construction firm that focuses on the development of single-family homes in and around West Vancouver. At ADDC Homes, a residential builder licensed with the Homeowner Protection Office and covered by Pacific Home Warranty, Mr. Garrow supervised the design, development, and construction of luxury homes. He also oversaw municipal permitting, interior design, and conceptualization. Mr. Garrow worked directly with clients in order to customize and build homes for the resale residential market.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Phil Garrow supports charities such as the BC Civil Liberties Association, a nonprofit devoted to promoting civil liberties and human rights, and the BC Cancer Agency. As an undergraduate at Southwestern University, in Georgetown, Texas, he participated in Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, which he continues to support.
